Benefit Types 

Admin can set different Loyalty benefits like giving out extra points to customers. Can then connect these benefits to different loyalty tiers, which means offering special rewards that are just right for customers at each level. 

STEPS FOR CREATION OF BENEFIT TYPES  #

1. Go to CZ Loyalty panel, under “Loyalty Program”> Select “Benefit Types” option. 

2. Click “Add New Benefit Type” option in the top right corner. 

3. Enter the following details: 

• Enter benefit Name 

• Add description 

• Select value type (including numeric, percentage, text, etc.) 

• Enable or disable the Active option. 

4. Then Click the “Save Benefit Type” button. 

5. The Benefit added successfully
