Thank you for choosing CZ App Studio. We strive to provide products and services that meet and exceed your expectations.

Please carefully review our refund policy before making a purchase.

The following terms are applicable for any installation/ support/ service/ customization work that you purchased/requested with/from us.

1. Definitions

For the purposes of this Refund Policy:

“Company” (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to CZ App Studio.

“Products” and “Services” refers to the items offered for sale on CodeCanyon website or from CZ App Studio.

“Orders” means your request to purchase Installation/Services from Us.

“Website” refers to either CodeCanyon or CZ App Studio official website, accessible from https://codecanyon.net/ , https://czappstudio.in/ and https://czappstudio.com/

“You”, “Your” means the individual, company, or other legal entity on behalf of which individual is accessing or using the products/services, as applicable.

“Codecanyon” means the international marketplace where we sell our products/services/application/software.

 

2. Order Cancellation Rights/ Refund Policy

2.1     Eligibility for Refund:

Once the product source code is downloaded from code canyon, or delivered through any other modes of communication, refund will not be issued.

Please read the description and compatibility content thoroughly before purchasing as we don’t offer a refund if you buy it by mistake.

Once the installation/service/customization request are made and the amount is paid upon agreement, the amount is non-refundable. But as we are selling a service and the service cannot start immediately, we offer refunds within 24 hours of payment.

To be eligible for a refund, your request must be submitted within the above specified refund period.

2.2     Valid Reasons for Refund:

  • We will issue a refund if you are dissatisfied with our product or service due to a defect, error, did not meet the specifications outlined in our product/service descriptions or other valid technical reasons.
  • Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, personal reasons, or reasons beyond our control.

2.3     How to Request a Refund:

  • To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at [email protected].
  • Clearly state the reason for your refund request and provide any relevant supporting documentation or details.

2.4     Refund Process:

  • Once your refund request is received, we will review it within 7 business days.
  • If your request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment.
  • Refunds may take 14 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

2.5     Refund Exceptions:

  • Refunds for digital products or services may be limited.
  • If you experience technical issues, our support team will work to resolve them promptly.

2.6     Product installation & upgrade

When the installation/customization process is ongoing or completed, and a new version of the software is released on CodeCanyon or CZ App studio website, we are not bound to move the installation/customization to the latest version.

Automatic software upgradation from Codecanyon or CZ App studio is not applicable.

We are not responsible if your system gets broken after applying updates / initiating installations / initiating customizations by yourself. It must be dealt separately if You want to request our service.

 

3. Support Policy

3.1      At CZ App Studio, we provide free technical support to our customers for 7 days after installation process / customization process / releasing the application / handing over the source code. This applies for any of our software source code you purchase through CodeCanyon or CZ App studio. Our support includes help with technical issues related to the software source code.

3.2      If a customer’s support period has expired, they can sign/purchase Annual Maintenance contract (AMC) through our customer support team at [email protected].

3.3      Please note that the AMC is only for technical issue fixing and does not include customization, development, or consulting services.

3.4      Any requests for services outside of technical issue fixing will be subject to additional fees.

3.5      Before releasing the applications or within the customization process, You will get 2 revision options (listed below); there will be no revisions acceptable after it is released or handover of source code (codebase) is made to you.

3.6      Below listed revisions will be accommodated before releasing the application or customization.

3.6.1 Updating logo & colours

3.6.2 Disabling existing minor features

3.7      When you are placing an order for any of our Installation/Customization, You indicate that you have read these policies thoroughly. This also proves that You agree with and fully accept the terms of these policies. We ask you not to place an order with Us if You do not agree with the terms and conditions and policies.

 

4. Changes to Policy, Terms and conditions

  • CZ App Studio reserves the right to amend above mentioned policies related to refund & support at any time without prior notice.
  • Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
