The Manual Points Log gives a full history of all customer point adjustments. It shows details like the Admin who made the change, the Affected User, the type of adjustment, the points involved, any remarks, and the date. This makes it easy for admins to manually add or deduct reward points to a customer’s wallet whenever needed.
STEPS TO ADD MANUAL POINTS TO CUSTOMER #
- Go to CZ Loyalty panel, under “Loyalty Program”> Select “Manual Points” option.
- Click “Add Adjustment” option in the top right corner.
- Enter the following details:
- Select the User
- Choose action type (credit or debit the points)
- Enter points
- Enter the Reason or remark for the action
- Then Click the “Apply Adjustment” button.
- The Design added successfully
