Admins have full control to create, manage, view, and edit various types of redemption schemes for customer loyalty. This includes defining the name, description, thumbnail, and image for each scheme. Customers can then use their reward points within these defined schemes to unlock unique rewards. In the mobile app Schemes section, customers can see their overall points, the number of schemes they’re eligible for, and for each scheme type, whether they are eligible to redeem it.
STEPS FOR CREATION OF SCHEME #
- Go to CZ Loyalty panel, under “Marketing”> Select “Schemes” option.
- Select “Add New Schemes” option in the top right corner.
- Enter the following details:
- Enter Scheme name
- Select Scheme type
- Required points
- Add description
- Upload the scheme image
- Enable or disable the Active option.
- Then Click the “Create Scheme” button.
- The Scheme added successfully.

STEPS TO REQUEST THE SCHEME #
- Login to CZ Loyalty mobile app, Click “Schemes” section
- Select a scheme you are eligible to attain
- Click “Apply for Scheme” button.
- The Scheme request was sent successfully.
- Upon approval, the customer gets the notification.





STEPS FOR STATUS APPROVAL #
- Go to CZ Loyalty panel, under “Loyalty Program”> Select “Redeem Requests” option.
- Under “Actions”, Click Setting icon.
- Enter the Admin notes or reason Approval / Reject
- Then Click “Approve” or “Reject” Button respectively
- The Approval completed successfully.
