Recruitment and Onboarding streamlines the process of bringing new talent into your organization. Admins can list job vacancies, review and shortlist applications, and manage onboarding tasks effortlessly. Candidates, in turn, can easily apply for jobs and track their application progress.
STEPS FOR CREATION OF NEW ONBOARDING TASK #
- Go to Open Core HR panel, under “Workforce”> Select “Recruitment” option.
- Select “Onboarding Tasks”.
- Click “Add New Task” option in the top right corner.
- Enter the following details:
- Enter the title of task
- Select the type of task
- Add description
- Add due date
- Enable or disable the Active option.
- Then Click the “Submit” button.
- The job opening added successfully
STEPS FOR CREATION OF JOB OPENINGS #
- Go to Open Core HR panel, under “Workforce”> Select “Recruitment” option.
- Select “Job Openings”.
- Click “Add New Opening” option in the top right corner.
- Enter the following details:
- Enter title of job
- Add description
- Select team
- Enter location
- Enter type of job, experience level and skills required.
- Select the status (Draft, Open or Closed)
- Select the closing date
- Then Click the “Submit” button.
- The job opening added successfully.
STEPS FOR HIRE A CANDIDATE #
- Go to Open Core HR panel, under “Workforce”> Select “Recruitment” option.
- Select “Job Openings”.
- Click “Eye Icon” option under Actions column
- Under Action, click the “Doble Arrow Icon” to change status of desired candidate.
- Choose the status (Hired, Under review, Rejected, etc.)
- The status changed successfully.
STEPS TO VIEW & EDIT PROBATION DETAILS #
NOTE: Upon candidate selection, they’re automatically added as an employee and moved to onboard status. Once their assigned onboarding tasks are complete, the admin can then activate or update their profile status by entering their work and probation details.
- To view & manage employee’s probation information employee
- Go to Open Core HR panel, under “Workforce”> Select “Employees” option.
- Navigate to the “probation details” section for the relevant employee
- Click the option to confirm,extend and fail
- You can see options to confirm, extend, or fail the probation.
- Confirm Probation:
- Click “Confirm” option.
- Add a remark
- Click “Confirm Completion” option
- Extend Probation:
- Click “Extend” option.
- Add a new probation end date.
- Enter the reason for the extension.
- Click “Extend Probation” to complete the action.
- Fail Probation:
- Click “Fail” option.
- Add the reason for failure.
- Click “Confirm Failure” to finalize.
