Admins can easily grant approval authority to specific designations. Employees with this approval designation can approve or reject requests (like leave or expense claims) directly from the mobile app. Employees can also view all approval statuses in real time, ensuring transparency and accountability.
STEPS TO ENABLE APPROVER PERMISSION FOR DESIGNATION #
1. Go to Open Core HR panel, under “Workforce”> Select “Organization” option.
2. Select “Designations”.
3. Click the “Edit Icon” Under Action column to enable approver.
4. Enable or disable the Approver option. If enabled, employees with this designation can be approved directly from the employee app.
5. The approval is added to the designation successfully.
