Domain Requests let your customers personalize their own custom domain to access the platform. Super Admins can easily manage these requests, with the ability to approve or reject custom domain submission. This feature boosts customer branding and provides a seamless, integrated experience.
STEPS TO REQUEST A DOMAIN #
- Login to the Customer Panel.
- From the Dashboard, navigate to the Domain Request section.
- Enter the desired domain.
- Then click “Request Domain” option
- Once the request is approved, the link will appear in the Customer dashboard.
STEPS FOR STATUS APPROVAL #
- Login to the Superadmin panel, Select “Domain Request” option.
- Under Action, click the “Eye Icon”.
- Choose the status (Approve or Reject)
- Add Admin Notes
- Then Click the “Submit” button.
