You need to provide server access (SSH or cPanel credentials), your domain name and DNS access, and any purchased product license keys. For mobile app compilation, you'll also need Firebase credentials and your app branding assets (logo, colors, app name).
We recommend a VPS or cloud server with at least 2 CPU cores, 4GB RAM, and 40GB SSD storage running Ubuntu 22.04 or newer. Popular providers include DigitalOcean, Vultr, Linode, AWS EC2, and Hetzner. Shared hosting is not recommended.
Yes. You can start with Backend Setup and add services later. For example, if you initially only need the backend running and later want mobile apps compiled, you can purchase add-on services or upgrade to a higher tier. Contact us and we'll credit your original plan toward the upgrade.
No. We install the software on your own server. You maintain full ownership and control of your infrastructure. We can recommend hosting providers and help you choose the right server specifications for your needs.
You receive a detailed handover document with all credentials, configuration details, and a post-setup verification checklist. Depending on your plan, you'll also get a training session and a support period (30 or 60 days) for any issues.
Yes, we can install on servers running other applications. We'll configure proper virtual hosts and isolation. However, we recommend a dedicated server for best performance and to avoid conflicts with other software.
Absolutely. All server credentials are handled securely and deleted after installation is complete. We never store your passwords or access your server after the engagement ends. We can sign an NDA if required.
Each plan includes revisions (1–3 depending on the tier). Beyond that, you can purchase additional revision hours or add-on services. During your support period, we'll also help with any configuration adjustments at no extra cost.
