Bank Transfer 

Customers have the option to convert their wallet coins into real currency. To initiate this, they must submit a withdrawal request from their account. Once the request is made, the admin will review and verify the provided details. Please note that the transfer is not automatic — the admin will manually process the payment and complete the transfer to the customer’s bank account outside the application. 

STEPS TO REDEEM BANK TRANSFER  #

STEPS TO ADD BANK ACCOUNT  #

  1. Login to CZ Loyalty mobile app 
  1. Go to “Account”, Select “Bank Accounts” section. 
  1. Click the “+” icon  
  1. Complete all fields to add new account details 
  1. Enable the option to set this as default account 
  1. Then click “Add Account” 

STEPS TO REQUEST BANK TRANSFER  #

  1. Once the Account added successfully 
  1. Click “Bank Transfer” section 
  1. Enter the following details: 
  • Enter the points to be converted 
  •  Select Bank Account 
  • Check the transferable amount 
  • Add Note 
  1. Then Click the “Request Transfer” button. 
  1. The Bank transfer request send successfully 

STEPS FOR STATUS APPROVAL  #

  1. Go to CZ Loyalty panel, under “Loyalty Program”> Select “Redeem Request” option. 
  1. Under “Actions”, Click Setting icon
  1. Enter the Admin notes or reason Approval / Reject 
  1. Then Click “Approve” or “Reject” Button respectively 
  1. The Approval completed successfully.
