Admins can create virtual boundaries (geofences) around locations like offices or client sites. By assigning these groups, the system can automatically track employee presence within these areas, aiding in attendance, visit verification, and task management, especially for field-based roles.
STEPS FOR CREATION OF GEOFENCE GROUP #
- Go to Open Core HR panel, under “Settings & Admin”> Select “Masters” option.
- Select “Geofence Groups”.
- Click “Create New” option in the top right corner.
- Enter the following details:
- Enter the group name
- Enter specific code
- Add description
- Then Click the “Create” button.
- The Geofence group was added successfully.
- Click the “Eye Icon” Under Action to add a Geofence location.
- Enter the name
- Enter the radius (in meters)
- Add location with location picker.
- Add description
- Click “Add Location” button to finish
