Customers in the Super Admin Panel are the organizations that subscribe to your SaaS services. Initially, customers register with their email and password; upon authentication, they gain access to their dedicated customer panel. Super Admins can then manage detailed records for each customer company, including their subscription details, contact information, emails, and more. This comprehensive view ensures robust customer relationship management and tailored support for your clients.
STEPS TO REGISTER A NEW CUSTOMER #
- Go to the Super Admin Login page.
- Click “Create an account” option in the down right corner.
- Enter the following details:
- Enter the first name & last name
- Enter phone number
- Select the gender
- Enter email ID
- Create a password and confirm it.
- Agree or disagree with the privacy policy & terms.
- Then Click the “Register” button.
- The customer id registered successfully.
- Can login with the registered email & password.
Note: After registration, the customer gets an authentication email to verify. Then the customer Can login with the registered email & password.
STEPS TO VIEW & DEACTIVATE CUSTOMER #
- Login to the Super Admin Panel, Select “Customer” option.
- Under Action, click the “Eye Icon”.
- You can view the user details of the customer.
- Click “Deactivate” Button on top right corner to deactivate the customer
- A confirmation pop-up asking, ‘Are you sure?’ will be displayed. Click ‘Yes deactivate it’ to confirm.
- The customer was deactivated successfully.
