Admins can create new QR codes, and employees can scan these unique codes using their devices to mark attendance, which helps track activity efficiently.
STEPS FOR CREATION OF QR CODE GROUP #
- Go to Open Core HR panel, under “Settings & Admin”> Select “Masters” option.
- Select “QR Code Groups”.
- Click “Create New” option in the top right corner.
- Enter the following details:
- Enter the group name
- Enter specific code
- Add description
- Then Click the “Create” button.
- The QR Code group was added successfully.
- Click the “Eye Icon” Under Action to add QR code.
- Enter the name
- Enter the QR Code (Leave it blank to generate automatically)
- Add description
- Click “Add Code” button to finish
