Admins can create new QR codes, setting an update interval in seconds. This allows for easy connection to the device. Employees then simply scan a unique, time-based QR code to mark their attendance.
STEPS FOR CREATION OF QR DEVICES #
- Go to Open Core HR panel, under “Settings & Admin”> Select “QR Device” option.
- Click “Create” option in the top right corner.
- Enter device name
- Enter device unique ID or click Generate option
- Enter the device PIN
- Add QR interval updates (in sec)
- Select the type of device
- Then Click the “Submit” button.
- The QR device was added successfully.
NOTE: This feature enables seamless device connectivity, allowing users to log in the QR application provided. It can connect to various devices (mobile, web, tablet, etc.) for viewing and regenerating QR codes, which employees can then easily scan to mark their attendance.
