Admins are empowered with broad control, configuring General Settings like app name, phone country code, country, currency, and distance unit. They also manage Company Settings, including basic company details, logo, company tax ID, and company registration number. App Settings are configurable, covering elements such as app version and location distance filters. Employee Settings are customizable, allowing for adjustments to biometric and device verification. Payroll Settings offer comprehensive options for automated payroll processing for employees. This comprehensive administrative access ensures full platform control and customization, significantly enhancing efficiency and accuracy in HR and payroll operations.
GENERAL SETTINGS #
- Go to Open Core HR panel, Select “Setting icon” on top right corner of the dashboard.
- Select “General” option
- Enter the following details:
- Enter App Name
- Add country and phone code
- Add country’s currency and currency’s symbol
- Enter distance in unit
- Enable or disable the helper text
- Then Click the “Save Changes” button.
APP SETTINGS #
- Go to Open Core HR panel, Select “Setting icon” on top right corner of the dashboard.
- Select “App Settings” option
- Set Mobile App Version
- Location distance filter (in meter)
- Then Click the “Save Changes” button.
EMPLOYEE SETTINGS #
- Go to Open Core HR panel, Select “Setting icon” on top right corner of the dashboard.
- Select “Employee Settings” option
- Enter the following details:
- Enable or disable the biometric verification
- Enable or disable the device verification
- Enter the default password
- Then Click the “Save Changes” button.
PAYROLL SETTINGS #
- Go to Open Core HR panel, Select “Setting icon” on top right corner of the dashboard.
- Select “Payroll Settings” option
- Enter the following details:
- Select payroll frequency (monthly, biweekly, etc.)
- Select Payroll date range
- Enable or disable the automatic payroll processing
- Then Click the “Save Changes” button.
- Add new payroll adjustment
- Enter the name of adjustment (tax, bonus)
- Enter the code
- Select the adjustment type (Benefit or Deduction)
- Select the adjustment category (Fixed or Percentage)
- Enter adjustment amount
- Add notes
- Then Click the “Add Adjustment” button.
TRACKING SETTINGS #
- Go to Open Core HR panel, Select “Setting icon” on top right corner of the dashboard.
- Select “Tracking Settings” option
- Enter the offline check time (in seconds)
- Then Click the “Save Changes” button.
CODE PREFIX OR SUFFIX SETTINGS #
- Go to Open Core HR panel, Select “Setting icon” on top right corner of the dashboard.
- Select “Code Prefix/suffix” option
- Enter the employee code & order Prefix
- Then Click the “Save Changes” button.
MAPS SETTINGS #
- Go to Open Core HR panel, Select “Setting icon” on top right corner of the dashboard.
- Select “Maps Settings” option
- Enter the following details:
- Enter Map provider
- Add the map zoom level
- Enter center latitude & longitude
- Enter Map API Key
- Then Click the “Save Changes” button.
COMPANY SETTINGS #
- Go to Open Core HR panel, Select “Setting icon” on top right corner of the dashboard.
- Select “Company Settings” option
- Enter the following details:
- Add the company logo
- Enter Company Name
- Add detailed address of the Company respectively
- Enter the Company’s Tax id & Reg number
- Then Click the “Save Changes” button.
AI SETTINGS #
- Go to Open Core HR panel, Select “Setting icon” on top right corner of the dashboard.
- Select “AI Settings” option
- Enter the following details:
- Add the Chat GPT API KEY
- Enable or disable the chat globally.
- Then Click the “Save Changes” button.
