Admins can create new tasks by providing a title, selecting a task type (either Open or Client-Based), and setting the date, location, and the employee they want to assign the task. Admins can view all tasks, along with their complete status. Employees can also easily see and start their assigned tasks.
STEPS FOR CREATION OF TASK #
- Go to Open Core HR panel, under “Overview”> Select “Task Management” option.
- Click “Create New ” option in the top right corner.
- Enter the following details:
- Select the type of task (either open or client based)
- Enter the title
- Add description
- Select employee to assign the task
- Enter date
- Add location with location picker.
- Then Click the “Save Task” button.
- The task was assigned successfully.
STEPS TO COMPLETE A TASK #
- Login to Employee app, Click “Tasks” section
- Select the desired task, then click “Start Task” option
- Can pause the task and enter task updates as needed.
- Then Click the “Complete task” button.
- The task completed successfully
